Account Verification & Feature Availability
- Core app access is available immediately after sign-up.

Reviewer Credentials
- No test or demo account is provided.
- Any valid email address can be used.

- Full business data is available only after authentication.

BusiBeez respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
This policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and/or specific data associated with their use of the BusiBeez platform.
Account Deletion Request
Users may request permanent deletion of their BusiBeez account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email from your registered email address to support-busibeez@entrexael.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – BusiBeez"
- Include verification details such as registered mobile number, business profile name, or any additional information to identify your account
- For security reasons, BusiBeez may request additional verification before processing the request.
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
- User account information (name, mobile number, email address)
- Business profile details
- Posts, deals, offers, and content created within the app
- In-app activity directly associated with the account
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security, dispute resolution, or regulatory obligations
- After this period, such data is permanently deleted.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify any individual user may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes.
Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)
Users may request deletion of specific data without deleting their entire BusiBeez account.

- Removal of posts, deals, or offers
- Removal or modification of business profile information
- Removal of uploaded content or media
How to Request Partial Data Deletion

- Use the subject line: "Partial Data Deletion Request – BusiBeez"
- Clearly describe the data you wish to delete
- All requests are reviewed and processed after verification.
Processing Time
- Account and data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days.
- Processing time may vary depending on verification requirements and legal obligations.
Legal & Policy Compliance
BusiBeez processes all data deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies, including:
- Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
- Google Play User Data & Account Deletion Policies
Important Notes
- Once an account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Some information may remain visible if it was shared with other users prior to deletion, until such content is removed as part of the deletion process.
- Requests sent from unregistered email addresses may require additional verification.

Legal Foundations Applicable to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions are drafted, interpreted, and enforced in strict compliance with Indian laws and regulations.

Legal Effect
- These laws collectively make the Terms legally binding and enforceable.
- They define user obligations, platform rights, and provide statutory backing for enforcement, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability.
Definitions & Interpretation
- Platform: The Busibeez mobile application, website, APIs, and related services
- Company: Entrexael Technology Solution Private Limited
- User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform
- Content: Any data, text, images, videos, listings, messages, advertisements, or materials uploaded by Users
- Applicable Law: All Indian laws, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents in force
- Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
1. Legally Binding Agreement
- These Terms constitute a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between Entrexael Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the User.
- By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
- Nothing herein shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
- Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract
- Authority is required when acting on behalf of a business or entity
- Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Busibeez is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
3. Platform Role & Intermediary Status
- BusiBeez operates solely as a technology intermediary and business-centric social platform.
- BusiBeez does not own, sell, guarantee, or endorse products or services listed by Users.
- All transactions and communications are strictly between Users.
- This intermediary status is protected under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- The Platform may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, mapping, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and notifications.
- Busibeez is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
- Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes valid consent under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Inclusion & Non-Discrimination
- Busibeez supports offline, non-digital, home-based, and service-oriented businesses.
- Equal platform access is provided regardless of digital sophistication.
- Visibility is governed by relevance, category, and user intent—not advertising spend.
4. User Data Ownership & Confidentiality
- All data uploaded by Users remains the property of the User.
- Busibeez receives a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process data solely for platform functionality.
- Users may terminate accounts at any time, subject to legal and data retention requirements.
- Busibeez is not responsible for accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
5. User Content & License
- Users retain ownership of their Content.
- By uploading Content, Users grant Busibeez a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license for platform operations, analytics, and promotion.
- This license survives termination to the extent required by law.
6. Strict Data Misuse Prohibition
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized sale of regulated goods
- Hate speech or harmful content
- Intellectual property infringement
- Scraping, bots, or unauthorized data extraction
- Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, civil damages, or criminal prosecution under applicable Indian laws.
7. Account Termination & Enforcement
- Busibeez reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where legally permitted.
- Immediate action may be taken in cases involving fraud, security risks, or legal violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Busibeez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the User in the preceding six months.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Payments, Fees & Refunds
- Certain features may be paid or subscription-based.
- Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
- Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
- Taxes including GST are the responsibility of the User.
10. No Guarantee / No Employment
- Busibeez does not guarantee sales, income, visibility, or leads.
- Nothing creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- No warranties are made regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Busibeez against all claims arising from user actions, content, or violations of these Terms.
13. Force Majeure
- Busibeez shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Seat and venue: Tamil Nadu, India. Language: English.
15. Modification of Terms
- Busibeez may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

1. Introduction & Scope
- This Privacy Policy describes how Busibeez, operated by Entrexael Technology Solutions, collects, processes, stores, shares, and protects personal data of users in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
- This Policy applies to all users accessing or using the Busibeez mobile application, website, services, and related platforms.

3.1 User-Controlled Privacy & Visibility Settings
- Busibeez provides configurable privacy controls allowing users to manage how their personal and business information is displayed.
- Private – Visible only to the user
- Restricted – Visible only to selected users or after approval
- Public – Visible to all users on the platform
- Privacy settings can be modified at any time through in-app controls. Busibeez does not override user preferences except where required by law.
4. Consent Framework
- Consent is obtained electronically at the time of registration or data submission.
- Consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous, in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Users may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
- Withdrawal of consent may result in partial or complete suspension of services.
4.1 Privacy by Design
- Busibeez follows a privacy-by-design approach, embedding data protection principles into platform architecture, feature development, and operational processes.
- Privacy safeguards are applied by default.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- Busibeez does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal data.
- Data may be shared with:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Mapping and location service providers
- Email and communication service providers
- Payment gateway providers (without storing financial credentials)
- Government or regulatory authorities where required by law
- Busibeez does not share data with advertising platforms, social media companies, or third-party marketers.
- Third parties are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Busibeez is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites linked from the Platform.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfers
- Personal data may be processed or stored outside India using secure and compliant cloud infrastructure.
- Transfers are protected through adequate technical safeguards, contractual protections, and compliance with applicable data transfer rules.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Active account data is retained while the account remains in use
- Upon account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless required by law
- Data required for legal, audit, or dispute resolution is retained securely
- No backup copies are retained beyond legally permitted periods
- Users may initiate account and data deletion at any time through in-app settings.
8. Rights of Data Principals
- Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure of personal data subject to law
- Withdrawal of consent
- Nomination of another individual
- Grievance redressal
- Users may request a copy of their personal data, subject to verification and legal limitations.
